If you live in Liverpool, parts of Scotland and Ireland, you.might be lucky and see the eclipse tonight. America will definitely see it. Lucky Madders.

Pics don't do it justice. It's very dark right now, but not from the cloud over. The clouds parted . Solar powered lights are kicking on where I am because they think it's evening.
I can imagine how people hundreds of years ago freaked out..😳

It's so exciting. I never get over seeing nature at its best. Yes centuries ago people thought it was the end of the world. Aztecs and Incas thought their gods were angry, so sacrificed lots of poor souls.
In 1999, I got to see the full eclipse in Cornwall, Padstow to be exact. It was a real bucket list moment. You could feel the energy of excitement with all those watching, and there were thousands of us.
I saw it in Llangollen and to be honest wasn't that impressed but... it suddenly went cold and silent... silent as in everything had died!
Very creepy...

I remember seeing one when a kid, and again 1999 I think it was. Yes it's very eerie, so quiet, no birds, no noise. Chilly too. It's beautiful to see though.
