"Donning their finest ensembles, racegoers put their best feet forward and stepped out during the brisk early morning weather to parade their outfits ahead of the second day of events.

While the festival is all about horse racing, today is the day racing fans will take part in a competition to win the coveted cash prize after being crowned best dressed."

 

One woman opted for a plunge neckline complete with a black bow as she attended Aintree today

 

The trio of friends are pictured placing bets at Aintree, as they don their daring dresses

 

One woman sported a plunging black dress, which was short at the front and longer at the back

 

These two revellers decided to wear matching outfits, both donning blue and purple embroidered dresses and the same fascinator

 

A reveller - pictured with a cider in her hand - dressed in a white sparkly mini dress with feather detailing and paired the outfit with pointed heels

Mum/nan? and daughter...it could have been nice...they look happy though, and that's the main thing.

I don't know what's happened to style and class, some young women today seem to have none at all.

They might be big units, but at least the flesh is fairly firm.

bit surprised at the bitterness of the pretty large 70+ ladies on this form.  it can only be jealousy and from that we draw our own conclusions.
