Labour are going to have the biggest majority for over a hundred years. They could literally pass any law through the House of Commons. They could start any overseas war they wanted, fund any overseas war they wanted, start printing money to see inflation go even higher, they could shut down all the oil fired power stations, they could raise taxes sky high, they could nationalize any industry they wanted, they could sell off publicly owned industries, services, property. They could sell off green land to property developers. They could introduce a blasphemy law, they could introduce fix quotas in the public and private sector to fully diversify employment, they could introduce a recompensation tax for Britains colonial past ... Labour will provide both the government and the opposition. There are going to be many new Labour MPs who are activists - whether pro-Palestinian, pro LGBTQ+, radical feminist.
But they've also promised mental health reform so I guess you'll be voting for them.
I'm not wasting.my vote, I want Reform.to win, I know that wont, but at least I'm doing something.
I know they say a vote for Reform is a vote for Labour but I have to stay true to myself and vote for who I would like to see in charge. So it's Reform for me!

Labour want more immigration Nigel wants less... much less.

Our sociopath strikes again. Always trying to drive the vulnerable over the edge to suicide. Always attacking posters rather than engaging in the comment. I wonder how many you have driven into suicide over the years.

Their candidate who defected yesterday said it was full of racists and bigots, does that put you off a bit?
I'm voting Reform, we need a change from the other 2. I know Labour will win, but hopefully we can get many seats in Parliament to maybe make a change.

I was going to vote reform too, just as you say, to shake the two main parties up a bit, it's gone on too long that we only have two dire parties, both promising the world and both driving the country down.
But....our candidate seems to have been randomly plucked out of a hat, no info about his intentions, no info about him at all.
So I will revert back to plan A....choose my right to not vote for a shower of fiddling inadequates.

Mine is not a tactical vote. It's intended as a vote for Reform to win.
He's calling for those who can afford it to use private leaving the NHS free to treat those who can't afford private. If I had the money I'd go private every time.

So would I, I would also pay for Dr's appointments, as the Swedes do.
Their prescription charges are about a third of ours though....swings and roundabouts.
