Bloody Lineker called for his resignation.  What the hell has he done apart from Walkers crisp ads!  Paid a fortune to run others down.  Hate him.

 Southgate got them to two finals which is more than any of his predecessors did.

Gary Lineker has always got on my bloody nerves.

How many trophies did he win with England, none that's how many.

Goody two shoes was never booked in his career, probably kicked folk on the sly.

I can't stand him, shouting his big mouth off.

 Very true V.  Southgate did more than any manager.  I'm sorry he had to go, but I understand.  He has been criticised for so long, I wouldn't want to manage England!  😠

 The FA tried to get Alex Ferguson at one time but he said no because he's Scottish.

It's a thankless task being England manager.

Our manager is doing okay at the moment, gawd knows how he's managed it!!

 Thing is, had we won, Southgate would have been the best manager since Alf Ramsey.  Probably knighted.  We are awful losers.  Always complaining.  It's a thankless job to have tbh.

 We don't expect to win anything at football, we just treat any tournament as a knees up.
