No mention of the two thugs attacking the police, whilst one lunges at a policewoman, punching her in the face and breaking her nose.

These two men should be in custody, not sat listening to their lawyer (the first one had the sense to withdraw) giving his agenda ridden account of what went on that night.

He is putting forward a very one sided argument...deliberately ignoring the full picture and waffling on about events that happened that didn't concern the police.

For eg, he spoke at length about what happened on the flight the mother was on. Should he not be taking that up with the airline, who he alleges ignored this ladies complaints and allowed a man to insult her for hours?

I'm surprised more people are not amazed at the gall of these brothers.
I think it's unbelievable they can act like thugs, physically attack police, especially police women, then sit there like they are the victims.

This lawyer is been stirring up trouble here for years, so I wasn't surprised to see him defending haud-it and daud-it.

If you watch the video of the brothers attacking the police, you'll see the fat one is responsible for the bruise on his mother's face after he elbows her in the face.

A man was given three years yesterday for punching a policeman on Sunday during the riots and these two haven't even been charged.

It's things like this that are causing angry and resentment.

Two tier policing that so many people are getting so sick of.

Those thugs should have been taken in custody that night, instead they whinged they had to make their own way to hospital.

They will be charged, hopefully breaking a policewomans nose will earn them more than three years.

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester has said today, there were a couple of incidents leading up to the one where the Muslim was kicked in the head, and then days later eventually the video was released that showed said Muslim brutally attacking the policewoman and punching her in the face....which preceded him being kicked in the head.

Incidents happened before this and are on camera, not yet released publicly.

We are still waiting to see what the thug brothers will be charged with, meanwhile....

"A second GMP officer has since been advised they are under criminal investigation for assault relating to an incident in which two other men were arrested. She gets in the way of her son as he is attacking the police, his right elbow wacks her in the face, and she drops to the floor.

"Two men have been charged with attacking police officers in an outbreak of violence at Manchester Airport.

Mohammed Amaaz, 20, and Muhammed Amaad, 25, are both due to appear in court next month to face the criminal charges.

The case centres on an incident on July 23, which was captured on CCTV and the clip went viral online.

Amaaz has been charged with two counts of causing actual bodily harm, one charge of assaulting an emergency worker and one charge of common assault.

Amaad is charged with causing actual bodily harm, the Crown Prosecution Service said."

"Based on a careful consideration of this evidence, we have concluded that two men should be charged with offences including assaults on police officers."
