  The rioters are no more than thugs, they should be arrested, they don't speak for the vast majority of the UK, half of them can hardly speak at all, illiterate yobs.

Meanwhile, Hamas supporters can gather en masse, chant about death to the Jews,  wear the clothes that support the terror group, and police turn the other way.

Muslims can attack serving police officers, breaking a woman's nose and grappling with them on the ground....then get home in time for prayers. 

It's the vast difference in the way the authorities treat different groups that is stirring unrest in this country

We have laws, they should apply fairly to all.

 And this is why so many people are pissed off.   Yes, a core of thugs are behind the violence of the riots, but the general feel of the country is one of outrage at how our own culture is being eroded, how one group in society can literally get away with murder, and how another can be arrested for speaking out on Twitter.   How our pensioners can be deprived of fuel benefits and our own live on the streets  while migrants are given free dental treatment and mobile phones, free accommodation and food.    This has been a long time coming, and I told my husband last winter that this summer would see riots.   Our government has encouraged a chasm between cultures with their woke, biased policing and  policies.   Allowing protests, any protests, on our streets is divisive.  And the reason why is that our mindsets are now vastly different and way more negative and fearful than when the suffragettes marched.   White people are being demonised just for being white, and whilst some might argue that this is karmic and ethnic people have suffered this for years, two wrongs don't make a right, and all it does is race bait and create more and more tension.

I actually don't know any white person, whatever walk of life they are in, that doesn't feel this growing sense of unfairness, some suppress it, but it's bubbling .

It makes fair-minded people seem racist, but it's because racism is being used against them, in the very country they were bred and born in.

Listening to what Starmer has said (or hasn't said) in the short while he has been PM, doesn't instil much hope for the next few years....and I think in the next few years, this country will be in a right old mess one way or the other.

 You said muslims will fight back.  Not all of them would, just like most of us would not get involved.   The MDL are just as bad as the now defunct but alive and kicking EDL.

Concerns over immigration has brought the two communities together in Northern Ireland.

No riots or protests here yet but there's a demonstration planned for Saturday in George Square.
