This needs to be factored in with the relative population. So for example the number of Jews in Scotland is tiny but if one is a jew one has more than a 2.7% chance that one has been a target of a hate crime.

A lot of stirring going on online but things are quiet just now but the big test will come on Saturday with a planned rally in Glasgow.

Ricky Jones Labour Councillor, has been arrested for saying the men rioting should have their throats cut.

He was clapped by a Amnesty International member. Now they say she didn't hear what he said. She was near him and he was speaking on a mic! 🙄

The police are claiming a victory and their presence stopped the riots, personally I think it was the rain.

You could be right. They studied the 2011 riots here and the verdict was...rioters are a lot more active when the weather is nice.
