 True, but since then more and more women have come forwards, citing more recent behaviour and with more serious allegations.

I stand by what I said, if a man made a remark or joke that offended years ago, it should have been sorted there and then.. Women are not forever the victims, and it annoys me when they play the part of the wilting violet.

Touching and exposing himself is very different. He obviously overstepped the mark on more than one occasion. The BBC and others have found once more to be protecting their own....till it becomes too close even for their comfort.

 Back in the day a groper got a massive slap round the chops and that generally sorted it.    A boy did that to me when I was about 16 at a party.   I slapped him across the face in front of everyone.   He went bright red.   Lesson learned.  Don't disrespect females.

 The problem I have with the Beeb is the double standard.

 

I don't know what this guy did, but I know they will drag others for being accused of the same thing..
