I had a nice time but have eaten too many chocolates and crisps.

We had a local drama when someone crashed into a parked car and sent it wizzing down the street into the power supply.

Lots of households were without power from 3pm on Christmas day.

People dashing all over the place with food seeing if their neighbours were affected and if not could they cook things.

Gave me a scare because I often walk Shorty in that area.

In fact I was there in the morning.

Poor lad who's car was smashed into is a right off and he only had it six weeks.

When dramas like that happen in a neighbourhood, it's nice to know people are there to help one another out, 

As usual, over Christmastime there have been some awful things on the news, both here and abroad, it's always the same.

It's just been one thing after another over Christmas.

Car crashes, murder, muggings.

That was a terrible one down in England, two women stabbed to death and two men seriously injured.

Even murdered the dog.

Shorty was as good as gold, well other than sitting at the Christmas dinner table.

Climbed up onto a chair and just sat there with the ' I haven't been fed in six months' look dogs master.

Forget the whiskey the wine the food the best part came today!
Earlier I got lots of new tattoos... from a 7 year old tattooist.
A stocking filler she got was a tattoo kit and she's had expensive stuff but the tattoo kit is the one she has not stop playing with.
She's learnt how to make new sticky glitter because the supplied ran out she's learnt how to reuse the templates that have been used and are then normally binned.
I blame Nanny for all the craft teachings she's given this girl.
I might not be able to wash till new year for fear of causing offence!

Queued down the street at 8:30 in the morning, very popular butchers.

It will be even worse today.

My sister in law was telling me folk in Asda were made buying veg last week because they were on offer.

Five bags of tatties, five bags of sprouts etc.
