I don't know whether she is controlled or just has a screw loose.
There was a video circulating of them after they pulled the stunt at the Grammys. Some after party where she had an equally revealing outfit on, singing, kicking her legs up, with a fawning crowd urging her on.
Her controller had obviously had enough, sort of abruptly held his hand out to take the mike off her, she immediately gave it and the frightened look on her face replaced the 'look at me' one.
She was an exhibitionist before she met Kayne West.
That's her in 2018
Yeah, she's obviously got a penchant for attention seeking but I still think he's the driving force behind taking it from relatively private to obviously public, and I don't believe she's 100 percent happy with the situation.
I have to add, I think the GRAMMYS are disgusting for allowing this. They get the publicity on the back of a woman being treated like a piece of meat for men to masturbate over, and for women to despair at the cheapness of it all.
Whether she is aware of what she is doing or not, this is abuse.
The Grammys are a joke.
But I think they tossed this pair out after she took off her coat.
I could actually read what happened, but these two aren't worth the time..
I'm still more irritated at Beyonce getting "County" album of the year. 🙄

She seems dead behind the eyes now.
Like a robot, looking to him for command.

I have sympathy for this woman - why is everyone (seemingly) attacking her, treating her like she is either garbage or a controlled victim? The media absolutely loved it (including loving to hate it), people are enjoying gossiping about it, while the music industry that has turned into a soft porn video, misogynistic, misandric, glorifying drugs, glorifying gang culture industry gets a free pass. I saw this as potentially a protest against the music industry but I seem to be in the minority.

A protest against the music industry, which is controlled by fat powerful men manipulating young women, would have him waddling around in the nude...(a bit like the AI generated image above) whilst she was the one giving the orders.
Only a minority of women, Taylor Swift leading the way, have managed to break the cycle, maybe she should be the one leading him around on a leash, now that would be Karma.

How exactly does prancing around stark naked affect the music industry?

That's not empowerment. It's exhibitionism. She gets a kick out of showing off her naked body but uses the excuse it's for political or feminist reasons. Which we all know is bullshit.

Kanye nodded at his wife, his signal telling her to remove the coat. Of course she has her own autonomy within the marriage (well, one hopes she does) and could have refused or wanted to wear lingerie not be completely starkers on the world stage. But for Kanye to not just allow this stunt but actively participate he is showing he doesn't love his wife or care about her feelings. Her vacant look shows she isn't comfortable at all, she isn't enjoying this experience. Kanye is a malignant narcissist who has been surrounded by Yes men for too long and like many rappers his age somewhere crossed the line from power hungry to predator. As soon as this woman ages a little he will trade her in, he doesn't see women as people just objects to be used to enhance his fame/ego.
