I think it has been pretty self evident besides myself and Avon, that posters in.the Whine are to the right politically. Nothing wrong with that but it's a tiny demographic and people who are right wing don't always agree with the concept of trans people and they are entitled to their opinion.
I don't really know where Syl and Vam stand politically and it's their right to keep that private. But I agree with Vam on this issue.
I wouldn’t mind, but he‘s the one who posted a clip with 2 Americans discussing trans issues.
So I commented about how I believe the transgender minority are being demonised, in America, and that I believe his American president is negatively impacting the whole issue.

I don't mind Madders at all but I feel he treats female posters differently from men, he wouldn't be so picky with Avon or Red. He speaks more politely with them also. Avon treats everyone the same.
Maybe that's the southern American way. Just my opinion anyway. Obviously he respects Digs as she is the owner.
He has old fashioned values, I think.
I don't like gossipy drama and emotional rhetoric.

Umm. I think men have an.innate respect for each other other which women sadly do not share. Women will turn on each other, are far less loyal, stop talking to friends over petty disagreements.
I think Avon is the only man on CM who truly treats genders equally. You seem less argumentative on the rare occasions you post the two men. It's not necessarily a critique and I don't think it's even a conscious choice on your part. I'm sure if a bloke really annoyed you, you would have no qualms showing your displeasure!
And yet I’ve experienced far different. I have some female friends of 20+ years, we’ve had squabbles, falling outs etc. My loyalty to them and theirs to me has never been questioned. We have supported one another through good and bad times. We all respect our differing opinions on things so you do many women a dis-service with your comment…perhaps if you’re losing friendships through ‘petty disagreements” then you should choose more wisely.
Maddog may be a bull in a china shop at times and actually had me swearing at my screen one time but he’s no different to other posters here imo. Could it be that he doesn’t always agree with your posts be the reason why, I feel, you are trying to single him out…I’ve noticed others have called you out on your “facts” and yet…silence.
