Red, that is the first time you have made me laugh ! I don't think you can realistically police who enters what toilet. So convincing trans women and men who have had gender alignment surgery will probably use the toilets they Have been accustomed to using. Until unisex toilets are standard it will have to be the way whatever the law dictates. Post op trans women using blokes bathrooms will no doubt cause aggression and an array of other negative scenarios, it's just not safe.

The link isn't clear on my phone but did India (whomever she may be, surely not a relative of Holly!) suggest pre op trans females drink plenty of water on purpose just to .. publicly get rid of it ?? I don't know many famous trans advocates. I do however remember a "trans woman" named Dylan (who felt no need to get gender alignment surgery) was chosen out of all the women in America to visit Biden at the White House to discuss.. women's issues. That's when I thought things were going way too far, I'm all for acceptance but that felt like mockery. That really was political correctness gone mad. I remember they aimed a lot of their social media content at a young audience, except there was always a double meaning which of course horrified parents. Then they started getting botox and looking glam (no shade there).. except they would taunt biological women that their husbands would rather be intimate with them. They had no desire to be a woman just wear women's clothes. Yet they met Biden, so weird.

I know of one family friend, mid 20's, was, from a youngster, confused about her sexuality. First straight, then lesbian, now identifies with being neither being male nor female, but she looks very masculine.

She has changed her Christian name from female to male, had her breasts removed last year, walks, dresses, and wears her hair like a man, even her voice is low, as far as I know she is not on any hormone treatment.

She appears male, but her facial features are obviously female.

I have no idea which toilets she uses when out....but I could see her having difficulties unless the loos were unisex.

I don't know how her friends treat her, her family treat her as they have always done. Her mum does refer to her by her birth name sometimes, as does my OH, it's not intentional, they just forget. She responds as normal. As far as I know there is no drama around her, she is very quiet in nature.
