We have a yellow warning for strong winds up till midnight, OH has just stacked the garden furniture just to be on the safe side.

All trains to Scotland have ceased till tomorrow, they are going to get it really badly. Which reminds me, I really hope Vita is OK, it's three months since she was last around.

I hope I'm wrong, but she really enjoyed forums and has regularly posted for about 20 years now. I don't think she would just stop. At least not here where there isn't the nonsense that happened on other forums..

I just checked back, one of her last posts she mentioned she had joined a new discussion group, she wasn't very happy with one of the posters on it, she called him a nutcase.

I recall her posting about having to take Omeprazole to help treat what (I think) were some kind of internal acidic/ulcer problems. The reason that stuck in my mind is that I was prescribed Omeprazole years ago, to help absorb all the many other meds I had to take post-surgery.

Jack suddenly popped back out of the blue a few weeks ago. Let’s hope Vic will soon do the same 🤞🏻

Just a quick update. I went for my post op hospital check this morning....three months after the op, should have been 6 weeks after, but better late than never.

The X-rays are apparently 'perfect'....and they were very impressed with my flexibility and overall recovery, so all is well....back to normal, till my ankle replacement is needed.

OH calls me the bionic woman.

Lol....I think we all do what we can to keep fit Mags. I would be lying if I said I feel no pain, I still do, but I'm sure it'll ease soon.
