The government could ban 'barely legal' pornography featuring adults dressed as children after Bonnie Blue's Channel 4 documentary sparked backlash for 'glamorising' extreme content. 

The proposed ban by the independent pornography taskforce - set up in July by Conservative peer Gabby Bertin - comes in response to the new programme 1,000 men and me: The Bonnie Blue story.

The show features Blue gearing up to have sex with 1,057 in the space of just 12 hours. 

The infamous sex worker, 26, has made headlines for her extreme sex stunts and controversial language - such as bragging about taking the virginities of 'barely legal' 18-year-olds. 

Her documentary includes footage of her in a classroom getting ready to film an orgy with a group of models posed as schoolchildren. The performers accepted they had been selected for the role because they look young enough to still be at school. 

The show was condemned by the children's commissioner for England, Dame Rachel de Souza, for 'glamorising and normalising' extreme forms of pornography. 

Channel 4 has faced immense criticism for promoting Blue's brand, and for failing to properly challenge her claim that her sexual activity is safe. 

Smirnoff and Visa are two in a string of businesses to have pulled online adverts from streaming of the documentary. 

De Souza previously slammed the programme for 'glamorising and normalising' extreme porn. 

De Souza said: 'For years we have been fighting to protect our children from the kind of degrading, violent sex that exists freely on their social media feeds. Now this documentary risks taking us a step back by glamorising, even normalising the things young people tell me are frightening. 

'Bonnie Blue's content showcases violence against women as entertainment and allows sexist ideas that women are 'lesser' than men to go unchecked.' 

Lady Bertin said Blue's programme could be on the agenda at the taskforce's next meeting.  

'She has become extremely successful; she is an adult and it is consensual, so it may not be harming her, but it has potentially harmful effects on people who think that this is a normal way to behave,' she said. 

'We should be asking more about the men who arrive with balaclavas on their head to have sex with her.' 

A Channel 4 spokesperson said: 'The film looks at how Bonnie Blue has gained worldwide attention and earned millions of pounds in the last year, exploring changing attitudes to sex, success, porn and feminism in an ever-evolving online world.

For this to be aired on mainstream TV just highlights how low the morals of society is sinking.   There was a story today in the news about a woman sexually assaulted in Tunisia while she was 200 feet up in the air parasailing.   The dirty bastard just couldn't help himself.  She was terrified.  

The problem with porn is it skews perceptions about women.  We have enough battles on our plate without some skanky fool fucking a thousand men and crowing about female empowerment.

And leaving the woman aside, she is just an available living hole, who are these men who queue up to have sex with her. Someone's son, father, husband....that's an equally sickening thought.

Ordinarily I would say it is up to consenting adults what they do with their bodies and the state shouldn't interfere with that. However, I do think what Bonnie Blue does is toxic and potentially really harmful by desensitising people to extreme porn that her activities should be curbed or her face prosecution. Further, anyone who wants to view extreme porn must be age verified and their identity established at a mimimum.

Also, I find something about Bonnie Blue's presentation reminds me of a waxwork. She seems to have this permanently shiny face and there is not much going on behind her eyes. It's a bit creepy.

 She's only 26  and seems years older, I think the waxy look is down to botox or other cosmetic procedures she didn't need that for some reason women in their twenties are having.

 I think the men agreeing to have sex with her are equally as bad as her  if they are married or cheating on partners. At least BB isn't hiding her identity like they are. She is now single as her husband left her during the filming of the documentary.

The reason people think Blue is provocative is because she likes to be intimate with 18 year olds. She calls them "barely legal" to enrage people but the truth is they have been legally able to consent for two years. There is "barely legal" content about teenage girls and as that remains within the shrouded realm of online porn nobody complains about that .There is very violent grape porn online and nobody complains about that. What she does is consensual for all and whilst many may find what she is doing is distasteful the adult males consenting to have sex with her are safe.She insists men wear protection Many young  women involved in hard core porn are not in any position to make such demands.

The reality is many  young women on Only Fans are doing similar things as the documentary showed , they just aren't making millions of pounds. My point is this is modern reality now , sex work is more commercial and rightly or wrongly young women can earn a monthly living on OnlyFans and f they so choose to do. The competition is ferocious and only a few make the amount Bonnie Blue does. At least the sex workers in this platform are guaranteed safety and only do what they want to do and to me safety is what is most important. 

If the media attention  is centered on one  business woman sex with consenting men (although she does seem pretty cold and not particularly nice)you can be sure the real issues in the sex industry are elsewhere out of the spotlight. She is making millions because men pay millions to see her.

 I didn't know much about her until Digs did a thread.! I had heard the name vaguely so due to the thread watched half the documentary. The woman filming remained pretty non judgemental about Bonnie until she agreed to meet Andrew Tate.

To me, that's worse than her sex work. I would be a hypocrite to critique anyone doing that anyway but agreeing to meet with a known sex trafficker and self confessed misogynist who tells young boys to disrespect women is worse imo than shagging consenting adult men.

Incidentally not to get too heavy but without porn there would be more sex attacks on real women. Like I said at the end of the day it's men who watch the vast majority of porn and men who need it. Yet the women working in the industry get shamed.

I think without prostitutes there might be more sex attacks on women, I can't see porn preventing attacks.
The opposite may be true. Some men watching porn could see women as merely sex objects, have no feeling or emotional attachment towards them, especially if they don't or can't form real relationships with women.
I actually think, more than ever, some men just don't like women nowadays.
Maybe they resent the sexual urges women provoke in them, especially if watching porn is the only way they can get to see a naked female.

Tate needs examples to justify what he says. She gives him one. Obviously most women don't, which is why his positions on women are wrong..
