Marks and spencer have just released their summer fashions. A mix of shapeless poly prints dowdy rubbish.
Who the heck do they design for?
I walk through M&S and dont see one single item of clothing I would wear, apart from the bra's and knickers. I still buy them.
Even the shoes, apart from being really uncomfortable, are frumpy and horrible.
Marks clothes are dated and horrible. I would never wear them.
Me neither, although they are advertising this, and I like it, it's from White Stuff...a brand I have never bought before.
I bought a handmade turquoise and black volcanic rock necklace in Lanzarote... I fancied wearing it with this white blouse and jeans... also, and I thought I would never say this, I am looking for some white trainers that dont make my sz 8 feet look like barges.j

Classic and practical summery top, Syl Although I think it doesn’t necessarily need a collar. A simple collarless style would also look good.
That necklace you bought sounds gorgeous, btw. I love turquoise stones in jewellery - especially if I have a bit of colour on my skin 😎
It’s true that M&S is pretty much 95% ‘frump’. But if you’re prepared to scroll through all the endless dowdy stuff, it IS possible to spot an occasional gem hiding among the dross.

… for example …
I bought these from M&S online. The blazer and matching waistcoat, which I wear with black ankle length trousers or black jeans. And the ‘furry’ looks heavy and bulky but is actually light as a feather to wear and, again, can either be dressed-up or down. I love it!

I have a white, collarless shirt, Vam, pintucked down the front, problem is I can't see my necklace when I wear it. I don't have a cwhite ollared shirt, but with hair up, it'll look nice, I think.
That furry jacket will look good on you because you are slim....and no doubt very tall when you wear those red heels.
Not a big Royalist here but just caught a few pics of the Princess of Wales in Italy. She looked radiant in that suit, loving the colour and the tailoring (yes I know she can afford top notch).
Side note: she got a great reception, although the screaming took me aback.
