 The only alernative is a vest and shorts - and I'm sure not wearing a vest!

There's something a bit odd about a person who wears a vest in public other than for sports.

As chavvy as it is blokes can go bare chested at a push…must admit I hate seeing it in town.

 Are they your knees Red by any chance? (asking for a friend wink)
