 Just listen to what I say,  not where I’m posting from ! As my wife says, upper arms should be put away for good after a certain age.  It might be painful to admit but it’s pretty good advice really.

I don’t know about other men but I’ve got a fairly weak stomach, especially after a few jars round the pool.  Last thing I need to see is a load of saggy loose skin - and worse - on ladies old enough to know better!

 It is Vam, she has had a few pics taken on the beach, and she always looks good.

We had drinks with her one night in a Manchester restaurant. (I may have posted this before) she was really lovely, quite unasuming for such a big star.

The funniest thing we saw, a few years ago, took a boat trip to some island, very peaceful, lot's of space.OH and I picked a nice deserted place to lay our beach stuff down for a couple of hours sunning and swimming. A while later we heard another couple laying down towels, quite close, which seemed odd seeing as there was so much space.

Anyway, they proceeded to strip totally naked, (it wasn't a nudist beach) but I don't judge. Then they both went in the water, proceeded to bend over and wash their legs, for ages....with their backs to us. Both were about 15 stones, it was like looking at two giant very well developed chubby toddlers bending over...pretty gross.

I wanted to take a pic to show the family, but OH thought that was weird.

After the leg washing, they came back over, dried, got dressed, and went.
