She looks like she buys her clothes from Primark, well she possibly does, and pockets the difference. From head to toe she is a disaster.

Bad haircut, inapropriate shoes, a badly fitting shirt that looks like a school uniform shirt, badly fitted bell-boy style jacket, clown pants with pleated front pockets that look like she has crammed into them what she should have crammed into her none existent handbag.

There are hundreds of pics of her online, wearing equally horrendous outfits.

Maybe she wears these outfits to take the attention away from her latest faux pas?

I’ve never seen a pal of mine in Primark bought clothes look as tasteless and scruffy as she does. Primark maybe not as durable or as well made as more expensive brands but can look good. Just as putting a £20,000 designer gown on her or Markle wouldn’t make them classy looking.

Many can look fabulous no matter what they wear with less effort and cash, those two can’t.

I could be wrong but, if memory serves, wasn’t this woman known for being a rapidly rising star in UK politics, on the basis of having highly skilled communication/messaging skills and a down to earth approach that resonated with people?

 Spin doctors can spin anything.

I don't know anyone who can stand her....and I have never met anyone who talks as gormlessly as she does, and I am from Salford FGS.bored

🤷🏻‍♀️ I must be mistaking her for someone else then, Syl. Sorry.

But thanks to the Whine, at least I’m becoming much more aware of what’s going on in UK politics. Farage getting elected worries me a bit, though. Even though I totally get why he might be.

It could be her you read about, like I say, spin doctors...

In theory, she should be able to communicate with the masses, she was from a very working class background, left school and was an unmarried mother at 16, so there is no doubt she has the brains, determination and self belief to rise up from where she came to where she is now, no mean feat.

It just seems unfortunate that she seems to have forgotten her own roots and the plight of the very people she comes from.

We were talking about hair somewhere.
Why do women have such a deep connection with their hair? I remember watching Oprah Winfrey, back in the day, when she wasn't such a PITA.
She said she could never understand why white women fretted about a bad haircut, it would always grow back within a few weeks, whereas black women's hair grew out not down. But a bad haircut (and I am still searching for someone who can cut my hair better than I can) can totally ruin your day, week, and often make you feel quite unattractive, it's a major part of how we see ourselves as women.

I am seriously considering going short again, and it's a huge decision.

Oh that's a shame Syl.  You know you're hair though, so do what suits you best.

Yep...I will go in determined to have it cut short, sit in the chair, and probably mutter 'Just a trim please'. It's really getting on my nerves though, it's too thick, too curly, and too bloody white.cry

Personally, I like the platinum blonde shade 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I get that you don’t want to drastically change the colour, because of then becoming a slave to root touch-ups every month.

But does it have to be an all or nothing thing, Syl? Have you ever thought of going Two Tone. Having some contrasting highlights /lowlights strategically scattered around to blend in with what nature gave you, might work really well (and you wouldn’t need to fret about roots as often).

I‘m thinking along the lines of the centre image here 👇🏻 (maybe not as short though)

Awww.  I know it's rotten when hair don't behave.  It's the bane of many women's lives sadly.  I think your hair looks great, but it's different when its your own hair eh?

…. also, “it‘s too thick, too curly…”

Lucky you to still have a great head of abundant hair! wink  That’s why, judging by what I see in your avi, I think these are the kind of cuts that would suit you 👇🏻

I didn't see it, but if it's been disallowed, it was probably one of those cowardly offensive comments window lickers make when they feel brave. wink

I love the look on the second pic, and my hair has been like this when I have it cut in the past. The first pic,  my hair is too curly to get that smooth look without constant straightening....and tbh, my ghd's are gathering dust I use them so seldomly.

Maybe Maddogs suggestion is the easy option.wink
