Oh, and Digger talks dead posh, not much of a northern accent there.

I’m surprised too, I always hear a broad Mancunian accent when I read her posts. i miss the northern humour where I’m living now so I savour it whenever I come across it.

I think Avon would make a brilliant school counsellor. He appears to have patience, understanding, and a knack of reading between the lines.
Face to face with troubled teens, I bet he could see where their problems were rooted without the kids having to spell it out...and his listening ear, or advice when asked for, would be spot on. nod

Maddog would be the school fitness instructor. The kids either loved him, feared him, or hated him.
He would arrive with his bulging bag, squat to empty it, pull out humungous weights, and insist the weediest kid would end up like Charles Atlas by the time they were 70 if they started now and graduated to lifting Geoff Capes size barbells by the time they left school. innocent

Magica would be the school nurse, dealing with all the strained muscles and broken toes that resulted in Maddogs classes. The kids love her, because underneath her sometimes scatty exterior, lies a very warm and humorous woman, who sneaks cuddles to comfort the younger kids, even though, as school rules dictate, she shouldn't even be touching them without at least 2 responsible adults present. bored

To be continued.wink

 I have coached kids before.

No weights, but I had those girls in the dirt doing push ups at 8 years old.

I also had to coach a few parents about feeding their kids a huge breakfast before a 9am soccer match. A banana is perfect pre game. Give them the big meal after the game so it doesn't come up on the field

But on the bright side, I sense I’ve helped make you take a closer look at trump, and see his sociopathic character traits. And you’ve helped make me more aware of Meghan Markle, and really see what a desperately thirsty attention whore she is.

It’s all good…nod

I would see you as a human rights activist, who sticks.up for the unfortunate people. Kind hearted, but  make no mistake, won't mince your words with anyone taking liberties with them. 😁

Yes I love.kids, so would nurse them, do anything for them.  If they need a hug, I would hug them.  Might be the only one they get all day.

Syl I see you as hotelier.  Organising everyone, but fairly. Friendly, funny, but firm.

Also when young I could see you as a photographic model for make up, face creams, etc. You still have the looks, but would have been stunning when younger.

I see Madders walking downtown, guns holstered either side, glancing side to side, hands ready to draw.

Then someone calls out dinners ready. Kids run in.

Red...I don't know him well enough to make any proper decision, the others I have posted with for years and people get a feeling about fellow posters eventually.

But from what I have seen so far....younger than I thought (at least he is if those were his legs he posted a couple of weeks back)lol very straight talking, not overly sympathetic to others feelings, but he has his views and I doubt he is easily persuaded to swap and change them. I do think he listens to what others say, and is not afraid to challenge it...certainly not a fence sitter.
If I was to compare him to any politician past or present, I would put him in the John Prescott camp.

Vam, I see her as the very glamorous teacher who the girls aspire to be like and the boys secretly fancy. She would teach art, flower arranging,  all the social skills that sadly so many young women have not been taught today, and they are important. In life, act like a lady and you will be treated like a lady.wink

She would lead by example, (I remember fondly my art teacher, she was a real inspiration to me, and young people don't forget that) and she would be a ready ear if any of the girls were having relationship problems...so a bit of an all-rounder really.

Flower arranging ✅ Art, though? Not so much! 🫤

And if you could have seen how some of us behaved at a friend’s birthday do last night, you might wanna rethink the ‘act like a lady’ part 🤣 (I tried, Syl. I really did!)

All kidding aside, that all really did make me smile. Thank you! 💐

LoL at John Prescott - I'm probably more of a Margaret Thatcher type - obviously in a bloke's body though!
