Stinking out the house of an evening

I keep doing it, especially after dinner, can’t stop.  Thing is I don’t actually need the toilet, just keep blowing it out all night!  So not sure what to do really.  Does it happen in your house? Can absolutely stink in there by bedtime unfortunately!
