Soon as she answered I was taken aback by her voice. You can just tell when you are talking to a 50-60 year old woman. Probably one who smoked for years. I do think her mom had just died, but I think she was a fairly old woman when she passed. NS was probably pretty lonely to feel the need to talk to someone she never met and would never meet, at the time of such an emotional event.

It wasn't long after that, that NAA figured it all out with the pics. NS wooshed every spec of her forum and social media presence in minutes or hours at the most.

I don't know why she did what she did, and outside of the Orpheaus episode, she never really did anyone wrong. I hope she's doing alright. She was a sham, but there were many others on forums far more nasty than her.

Do you remember Kathers? She was some poster's daughter, can't recall the woman's name, and Kather's avatar was her school girl legs in socks and short skirt. If she was a fourteen year old I'll eat my hat because she seemed very worldly wise and eloquent for a bit of a kid.

She could be nasty though. When she was flattering Micky, (she wanted to join one of his forums and moderate), there was a lovely poster there called FOURKIDS... aptly named.
She would make fun of her, saying any woman who had given birth four times must be unable to satisfy a man....jibes like that are totally uncalled for.
She also PM'd me and other mods constantly, trying to get other posters banned. We saw through her; obviously, Micky, being Micky, fell for it.
In spite of all that, even knowing she was not who she said she was, I quite liked her. She was intelligent and could hold a conversation, and I sensed a vulnerability in her too.

I think she did what she did because, as you flippantly said upthread, unlike some other women, she didn't have men after her. I reckon that's true, but on forums she could be whoever she wanted to be. And one of the personas she developed was of an overtly sexy woman, guaranteed to have men online lusting after her....and it worked for a while.
I remember the name FOURKIDS, but I don't really remember anything she posted. I didn't even know it was a woman. I think there was probably a lot of personal posts where people were nasty to each other that I never saw. I stayed out of that part of the forums. I was too busy arguing with Jack, CJ or Vils about politics or the latest conspiracy.

A lot of it was played out on Mickys forum, FOURKIDS was a mod there for a very short while. As far as I remember, you were not on that forum, though maybe you were, and I just don't remember.

I just stayed completely in the news/politics sections back then. I had half a bazillion conversations with Vils, Truthy and Jack on those forums..

So many timed I'd peek at these other threads where people were fighting and I'd just back right out of there. I'd do that a few times a week, but the drama was.too much for me to wade into it..

I remember that person. I don't even know what forum they were on though. I don't know if I knew she was supposed to be a kid either.

Yeah, she told everyone who would listen she was at school and aged 14. Then when someone had the temerity to suggest she posted like a middle aged woman, her mother kicked off with a barrage of abuse. It was a convincing case of The Lady Doth Protest Too Much.

Trop ruined the original FH. He took over with NAA as a mod. Ali was on there as a mod too at one point, along with Aziz, who I think was using the persona Henry at that point, just before Trop took over, and added me and Shell as mods. I got into the mods room but decided not to share what was in there. Then when Aziz found out what had happened he had a fit and we got booted out....he knew we'd find stuff in there he wouldn't want us to know.

Anyway, nobody liked Trop and his high handed bans etc, so the place died.
